I appears to me that the Democratic party is about to fragment. On one hand, you have the college campus type green/human rights liberal who supports the Palestinian cause and sees Israel as the aggressor. On the other hand, you have some the Jewish vote, which appears to be primarily Democrat, coming over to the Republican side because no party is more of a defender of Israel than is the Republican party while Israel support in the afformentioned section of the Democratic party is waning. So there may be some truth to what Armey said but he's probably treading on thin ice. I guess he's retiring soon. He also said we should lift the embargo off Cuba. Jim
