The SEC granted Sky's registration in August, 2001. Earlier this month, the NASD denied the membership application, which was appealed by Sky and a hearing on the appeal was scheduled for early April. Today, after extensive discussions with the staff of the NASD, an agreement in principle outlining the basis upon which the membership application would be granted.
