I dont recollect learning that part of the UN charter in school. perhaps u'd like to educate me with some credible sources ?

BTW, The UN is/was never considered to be a "govt of nations" (like in a "super government").

A "democratic" body of non-elected governments is nothing more than a "commission" of mafia bosses, dividing up the world for their own personal exploitation.

We'll have to agree to disagree on this line of thought.
If Hypothetically, Saudi Arabia or UAE or Pakistan or Monaco were to be part of the membership of UNSC, would that be a problem ? After all, none of them are democracies, as you define it.
