The following: "Everyone has a right to post, everyone has a right to be heard." . Not in question, and infact is not the issue here. . Hopefully you do not equate certain rights that were determined by humans versus a supreme entity, such as a god, to dictate truth. Those articles that reside at the foundation of the United States: Freedom of Speech, Worship, Press, Bear Arms etc were made for the single purpose to keep power for those that were at that time, in power. Now why did they need to spell out in plain details such ideas that seemed not to require a function of law & order to have exist, is answered simply that like the bell curve in math, "Are these peoples words any less valuable as others?" is a BIG YES in that most folks are clueless as showned everyday on mainstream t.v. when a news reporter asks the "man in the street" a question. . Or to state it like i did towards RareBird, if he was accused of a crime and had to stand trial by a jury of his peers, then there was a 100% chance that this would not happen simply because the men and women choosen from the available pool is like that bell curve, and RareBird is at the top point. . Imagine yourself in a classroom representive of the bell curve where ideas can not be placed into a plan for action until a vote of everyone is taken that has every person equal to one vote that carries the same weight. Now imagine this classroom to hold not the size like 25 people where you will be noted as a spokesperson for all the rest based on your performance to deliver an answer, but a huge number, say millions like as if the classroom is either the U.S. or Canada or England where your ability is matched many times by other people, and some of them know "better" than you how to manipulate the others on the left side of the bell curve. . A mess with poor results when the masses control output. . Now is there a solution, as in a way to fix this situation? . Sure, Ayn Rand already stated this in many of her works. . Bottom Line - How are decisions made. or By Whom (example) The World by E.C. to me is a very good world. but He is heard and ignored by 99.99% who hear him. In fact, the masses see him as a way "not" to go :o) but, he speaks of illness and recovery while the masses continue to help spread the cancer hurting them. doug
