The US has one/sixth the world population of inmates and it hasn't detered crime since ballot measures are usually for funds to build MORE prisons. Then I guess we should just slap them on their wrists, make 'em pack their bags, and tell them to not let the door slap them on the @ss as they walk out of the front gates.. We can then turn the prisons into Motel 6's and Cathouses... Btw, I'm always open to folks like yourself providing a better solution to incarcerating (or electrocuting) criminals... You do have a solution, don't you?? Hawk
