It is a little unnerving to think that there is a violent, and possibly demented and unstable murderer, in Iraq, who has stockpiled large amounts of chemical and biological weapons, and is seeking nuclear weapons.

We need to determine Saddam Hussein's motivations for withholding basic goods from his people, so that he can build weapons of death.

What is he intending to do with all of his cherished weapons of mass destruction?
