who really cares about Africa anyway Well something had to inspire Joseph Conrad to write the book -g- interchange.ubc.ca Africa one one of the remaining untapped markets. I hope it doesn't just fill up with freeways, automobiles, and shopping malls though. That's already been done elsewhere. If it's population growth explodes though lack of genocides, disease and wars, it would take center stage in world economic analysis I expect. I suggest hi speed rail networks, compact cities with leading technology environmental friendly services and for power, sewage, transport, communications. Keep the animals and turn it into a huge zoo to generate wealth through tourism. Let the white man grow and tend the crops overseas. Avoid the mistakes other countries have already made -g- At the moment it's just somewhere to take temporary refuge from the banal concrete of Western life -g-
