I see another cautionary article on REITs in the National
Post (yesterdays). Concern about vacancy rates, increasing
debt load, and a possible drop in the value of properties.
If real estate prices were to drop, the ratio of debt to
value would increase without anymore debt being taken on.
Any concerns among the threadsters re REITs? My REI and
RRR are holding up well but I'm a bit concerned about my
O&Y.
