Overall gross adds totaled 1.3M, which was up from 1.0M in August, 0.8M in June, and 0.8M in the year-ago period. FWIW.....handset sales were 1.31 million and 1.49 million in June and August respectively. So there were about 500,000 upgrades with the carrier base during each month. This would give a total of 1.8 million handsets sold during September, if the pattern is the same. Regardless of the exact number, this was the single best quarter in over two years for Korean handset sales. Saturation still hasnt set in.... Slacker
