Of course, the next ruler could be criminally insane, and would enact cruel laws to enslave you, but, you prefer not having a say about who rules you. And...... you don't know the difference between a George Bush and a Saddam Hussein, so, regardless of which type you had ruling you, you would be just as happy. If you had a Saddam Hussein living right next door to your country, you would be just as happy, I suppose. One thing you do prove, is that the defenseless little burp, called Monaco, doesn't keep it's people well educated. <g>
