Gloop, I know I said I would never post here again but I'm entitled to one exception. This will be my final post. I disagree with your assessment. First of all, I came here to have some fun and talk some trash talk about FOOTBALL. That was my mistake I realize now. This thread is like Augusta. If ya ain't in, don't try. Somehow, I got dragged into a personal attack on Godfrey. Whether it was deserved or not, why ? Because I root for the same team ? Garbage. You were called a baby in FUN and you know it. In fact, I'd posted previously that the entire issue should cease. You seemed not to want to let it drop. You also know for a FACT that much of what I said was in fun. For two days now, I have been subjected to a wacko stalking me on any thread I've ever posted to on S.I. I don't treat stalking lightly. The fact is, if you're part of the "in crowd" on this thread, it's fine to make hateful racially motivated comments, it's fine to attack someone's age .... and nobody comments. That speaks volumes about the "in crowd". You and I get along < maybe got along, that's up to you > but the fact is you did not step out of this as you'd posted. You went to a moderated thread, you then posted asking everyone to talk about Godfrey ... convenient since he could not defend himself. I'm a stand up guy so I'll tell ya, I find that cowardly. You people have your thread, you won't see me here again. I doubt you'll see Godfrey either if he has any brains. I've taken appropriate measures today to ensure that the stalking and personal attacks on my character cease. Sorry it wasn't fun. Enuf said. JB
