You are being more off the wall than usual. This has nothing to do with Original Sin or BF Skinner, nor is it based on "my concept of God". It is simple empiricism: people learn moral values and precepts at their mothers' knees, adding to that stock of as they get older and experience other influences. Just as they do not have language, though they have the capacity for it, until they are actually taught it, so they do not have morals, although they have the capacity, until they are taught them.

"If you really believed in God you would realize that people are born moral persons"

Nonsense. People are not born "moral". They are born with a genetic structure which informs their nature..along with later nurture and self awareness. What is "moral" is subjective and relative to culture. It may or may not be relative to "objective" reason. This is unknown and probably unknowable.
