Since Rumsfield is the chief mouthpiece for the Jewish War Party, he would be the logical replacement for Dick Cheney.

I wonder how brave this war hawk would be facing an equally armed opponent? Rumsfield has already proven that he's the bravest mouth warrior in Washington.
