Yeah, UTEK has $7.45/share in cash and is selling today for $7.82! biz.yahoo.com Can buy the company for pennies above the cash which they are spending but not too fast. I read there was a problem with flip chips in that solder releases alpha particles that change the state of memories so they have to redesign masks to get bump pads away from memory devices... but I have not heard how this effects UTEK but I bet it is part of the reason for the big delay in orders just announced. Incredible how the whole sector has just melted down.
