2 rules of investing:

1) Analysts are never wrong.
2) If analysts' estimates aren't met, it's the company's poor guidance that makes the analysts appear wrong, so see item #1.

Gottfried, we can't punish analysts for being wrong but we can try to keep in mind that eventually when they are upgrading again these stocks will rapidly move higher. I guess it does not really matter if they are right or wrong they still have the power to move markets. Eventually they will get behind these stocks again. Perhaps as early as a mid October we will see some valuation upgrades again from some of the analysts who have real clout.

From what level will the rally start? Well, lower than today I am afraid.
