Actually many yankees consider jeter a goody two shoes , and is not really considered "one of the boys" I have a friend who is Wells and Knoublaugh's good friend who claims Jeter is a real Moma's boy. Wont even drink cause hes scared mom and dad will get mad.

I actually agree Jeter is overrated, but the yankees can afford to pay for alitlle less pop. also current crop of SS's make Jeter average at best. i would much rather have Nomar or Tejada.

true. other major leage shortstops catch ground balls and get outs. Jeter makes easy plays look hard or watches the ball roll into left-center.
