If it is onerous to be honest most of the time (with narrow exceptions), to keep your word almost always, to treat people with consideration most of the time, and such- like, I guess. Not that it makes much sense to me........

I don't know about the actual doing of the duty, but the prospect of just keeping track of it all gives me a headache. Sounds to me like Neo is inventing the Catholic Church with it's taxonomy of mortal and venial sins and long lists of dos and don'ts. And penances. Argh! Should we tell him that it's already been done?
