The only problem would be if they had a chance to use the new overseas power "unselfishly." An excursion into Africa or Asia where we had no "selfish" interest. A place where we would be helping "Victims." hmmm, unintended consequences and all that hard to keep one's eyes on the prize, especially when the times are good, hopefully we'll have learned a thing or two by then, not that we don't know a lot already, I can't help but be optimistic, maybe I'm just a fool, sure is a long haul
