Yes, except the politicians WILL stop business to do what is financially sound. Best example is is Stanley Works as you pointed out. They chickened out, due to the fear of being singled for their lack of "patriotism" WHAT BS ! What an irony... the USSR and Communism are dead and now, the US will trumpet socialism... lol All this may sound "academic" and irrelevant... yet as we approach this deflationary environment with unemployment growing... it will cease to be merely "academic" It will be very interesting to see how this develops
