Gus,

I wouldn't necessarily count on that share count dropping below 2B. A lot of large cap companies have been buying back shares to offset option awards. (Do you know what the companies options exposure is?) Microsoft has been doing it for years. Truthfully, I'm not a big fan of companies buying their own shares back unless they have money to burn. I'd much rather they used the money to grow the business or on some R & D.
