Israel should be cautioned against excessive talk of exile for Chairman Arafat. He is the elected leader of the Palestinian people, and must not be exiled IMO.

Such talk is also likely to force Chairman Arafat to demand the release of someone like Marwan Barghouti, as insurance that his will is carried out in the event he is exiled if future peace talks break down.
