That is a hard decision. The hesitation for people to do this could likely make the process a lot worse. Unlike stocks, the pricing seems invisible. You never really know what you are going to get until you sell.

Up here is Palm Beach county the high end has softened rather dramatically. We will know the extent of seasonality is having probably by January or February. If it doesn't pick up then it's real.
