<<bailout to the airlines>> ... a tough choice. When a Chrysler is in trouble, and GM/Ford healthy, a bailout decision is easier.

Now, a whole airline industry is in difficulty, primarily due to over-capacity relative to recession struck demand levels, and so some company must go BK, leading to reorganization, clearance sale, and some other company going BK, ... complete stomach pumping and deep cleansing.

I believe a bailout under these circumstances in the US leads to Japan 1990, and hints at Argentina 2002. But, then again, come to think of it, this is a part of the Script of Collapse;0)
