if the Yankees tried to add a pitcher to their post-season team
I'm sure it would actually depend on the circumstances. It's ridiculous to assume that the Baseball commission would cancel the post season because a team had run out of pitchers. If Scalia rules on this again it's going to make it that much easier to have him removed, that's the silver lining in the mess.
