I agree 100% about putting on a royalty charge to offset the costs incurred in Iraq. Iraq has a viable and legal product that can be sold worldwide. On the other hand Afghanistan is costing us a bundle. There #1 product for export, Opium, although in demand, is not exactly one we can use to offset our costs there.....(g).
