Brian,

I would like to talk to you about your ideas. We have moved out and are extending our network across Colorado. We have now added another 3 towns and are beginning to broadcast into the West Denver area.

We are looking for other opportunities and would like to create a partnering program with other investors.

There are various web boards for WISPs. You should find them searching with Google.com. The community wireless groups can give you ideas and advice on how to set up 802.11 based networks. That is the cheapest way to go by far but has limitations compared to commercially available systems. Some small WISPs are using a mixture of WLAN and proprietary systems depending on the requirements. Some starting points:
