I don't think presidential approval ratings signify much. More meaningful question to ask would be something along the lines of: "Given the record of the Bush administration thus far, would you vote/support Bush again?" Clinton's high approval ratings didn't translate into votes for other Democratic candidates. Remains to be seen whether Bush's will either in a few weeks.
