Some of the techs are trading at less than their net cash on hand per share. That means cash and short term investments less debt. I look for the ones that meet this test plus have positive operating cash flow. Some of the techs have negative earnings but positive cash flow. That means they're not going to burn off their big lump of cash. I don't care if they don't have earnings for the next 6-12 months as long as they're not burning cash. I'll buy now and check back in 12 months. Maybe 10% of my total portfolio.
