THE FBI’S counter-terrorism unit in Portland arrested four of the men Friday morning in the Portland area. One of the six was in Detroit, federal law enforcement officials said, and one was overseas. Not even the iron will of Attorney General Ashcroft can indefinitely placate the need of local law enforcers everywhere to avenge the deaths of their brothers and sisters of the NYPD and PAPD. Much better to give them a small sample of what is going on under the surface, before the law enforcers lose their enormous self control and discipline, and "get medieval". IC
