Could be snake-oil, could be snake-oil receptor, could be snake-oil agonist, etc. If they want to claim biotech-hood for the element of silver, they at least need some kind of molecular terminonology or mechanism. How about silver-modulated pathways in the ishemic cascade? (If I see this sarcasm in print, you will send me $1,000, or I will make a deal with some of the people referenced in the following.)
