And an interesting one at that....

But I have to wonder about the implementation of such an operation without it being considered an "invasion"..

However, it's one more option that Bush can use to force the UN to stop delaying and hedging...

Bush could merely say, "We have given the UN the opportunity to commence an intrusive inspection process and they have failed to act. Therefore, the US will immediately initiate one of their own and if Iraqi forces resist, they will be dealt with on an individual basis".

It wouldn't have to state we're seeking forcible regime change, but it would have the same result.
