You are the dumbshit. It happened on Bush's watch. If Clinton left things so bad he sure did nothing to fix it in his first nine months in office. Unlike Truman bush and his supporters say the buck stopped over there. I think many who voted for him expected him to fix things instead he just sat and watched them fall apart.
