Two comments about PTT during the GS conference....

- Sprint stated that they would make a go/no-go decision by the end of the year on PTT.

- Alltel stated that they were having increasing interest in PTT. They are now seeing sub 5 second initialization latency in the lab. They dont have a firm plan on if they will roll it out but just said that it had become "pretty interesting".

I'm not a PTT user so it is tough for me to tell what is a deal breaker on PTT. If you can get it down to 3 seconds does it become interesting? The CDMA version is supposed to be full-duplex so I would think that would help.

As always....time will tell.

Ron, the interesting thing about that $29 per month EBITDA contribution per user is the macro impact on the bottom line. Given 2 million adds per year, EBITDA increases $700 million per year which translates into 80 cents per share. Conclusion? NXTL is poised for explosive earnings growth which will propel the stock considerably north of here. Don't be surprised if the stock is sitting at $20-$30 a share this time next year.
