Sorry-no cigar. It was Reagan. Fed chairmen are glorified clerks. Bush already has the record to surpass Reagan's massive achievements if he continues like he has over his six more years. A more intractable and passionate enemy of America than the Soviet Union is the American left. George has 'em by the short hairs (just listen to 'em SQUEAL!) and isn't going to let go for six more years.
