Re. "Carrier Watch. " Very interesting info. Will provide us with a good baseline to observe further developments. Imo the UK's Ark Royal should be added to the watch list, as well.

USS Reagan still under construction... I've always been impressed with how long it takes to build these vessels... when I used to regularly bicycle down to Port Jefferson LI from eastern mass, I'd cross on the ferry from New London to Orient Point. And there would be the same nuclear submarine under construction year after year in the Groton/New London shipyards ! You'd see steady progress made, eventually one would be finished and another would commence, but what immense projects these are. Not something just any runt state is capable of doing, that is certain.
