<<Clinton reported a budget surplus where there was none>>

How do you explain the fact that the Republican CBO also reported surpluses, and still does for 1998 through 2001? (http://www.cbo.gov/showdoc.cfm?index=1821&sequence=0#t1) Are the Republicans in the House using Enron style accounting?

Furthermore Clinton's budgets almost always underestimated revenue and economic growth with their projections.

On the other hand Reagan, Bush Sr., and now Bush Jr. have all consistently overestimated revenue and growth. Even the Republican CBO finds Bush's budget projections to be unreasonable. Bush's budgets have missed on income and revenue projections every single time.

And that's one of the reasons America's stock is down.

The truth is the exact opposite of what you claim. Show me one fact that supports your case.

Why then is there the "Republican Curse" of Reagan, Bush Senior and Bush Junior causing extended debt and economic damage...

Both parties lie, but the Republicans are more ambitious and savage in their lies. The Repubs are willing to kill people to increase their profits, and the markets don't like that.

The truth eventually comes out, even if Bush Inc. wants to hide the last 20 years' worth of incriminating presidential papers.

You are quite wrong on this. The job of the admin is to be preemptive in helping the economy so it doesn't go down a black hole. W's policies have either been non existant or downright damaging. His tax increases on steel and lumber are examples even an idiot could understand. To present him as a victim of history in this matter is to admit his failure as a leader on this issue. Everyone seems to applaud his decision to make a preemptive strike on Iraq but how about a preemptive strike to stabilize the economy and the markets. This far into his admin the markets are his fault. Remember they are looking ahead. Christ if he can't clean up what some think is clintons mess what use is he to the country?
