Interesting that one can have an earnings estimate without knowing the products, facilities and personnel that will be kept after the restructuring.

IMO, Elan is a restructuring play and not an earnings play in the short term.

They may seek a balance between asset sales, discharging debt, revenue stream and cash balance. Furthermore, they seem to be slashing their operating expenses to bring it in line with revenue per their recovery plan. Hopefully, they will end up with a revenue stream and cash to fund clinical trials of Antegren and other drugs.
