ya, totally amazing that some people are shorting these stocks still. no money to be made shorting the builders <s>

please find me someone that was shorting the homebuilders that hasn't made money on the homebuilders so far...only way I can see it is if they didn't hold through a short covering rally.

Ya it boils down to holding power. Ideally what ever your holding will have some sort of income to off set the wait.

If these builders hold cash and stay true to past practice. Then long term I'd say yes hold but for how long? That's the spooky part. I think I'll bet on myself then I got no one to blame but me.
