The President will give his major speech on Iraq on Monday.

I think that Saddam should be afraid, and the people around Saddam should be very afraid if they fail to act in the best interests of Iraq, as previously planned and agreed to. I only provide this final warning in case the communications through alternate channels have been intercepted.

Those who are unaware of the plans should stay away from Saddam if they care about their safety.

It may have been prudent to caution Saddam against playing with those deep- penetrating, rocket-propelled, 2000 pound, bunker-busting bombs.
