Little hard to argue points with someone who doesn't let the facts stand in the way of a good bash. No one's striking in the Pacific labor dispute. Shippers have locked the docks so the longshoremen can't work. By the way, my use of firefighters in a previous post was not intended to evoke 9-11 sympathy. I just as easily could have created a similar analogy by saying an autoworker is still an autoworker whether he or she works on a Model T or a 2002 Ford Explorer. Increased technology doesn't lessen the need for unions.
