Hi Bill, do you go on CNBS anymore? I would like to see you on Micron Maria's segment just to point out how much Wall St mislead the public. I saw on another thread that a former Enron analyst- Olsen who was fired by MER for being too bearish will be on 60 minutes this Sunday. mike

unless its a hedge I dont get the ANLY position. If the debt bubble implodes all ships will be sunk, no? I was short FNM from last year, and I think housing, and banks(up until recently) have been the areas to short because of the continual denial of the demise in those areas. I have noticed the dramatic increase in new listings on NYC RE cites the last 3-4 weeks, and the rental market is collapsing. I am being offered APT's that were 8-10K last year for 6-7 now. I dont know about the lower end, but the 3-4br market is a disaster.

Fleck:

Good to have you back here, slumming with the "thugs" and other low life. (g)

And many thanks for the nice compliment. It is much appreciated.

The gang here know how busy you are but drop in whenever you get a chance as you know your views are more appreciated here than on most other threads. (g)

Best, Earlie
