When Bush Gives a Major Speech, Markets Fall 100-200 Pts.

If anyone is short going into Monday night, I think that's
money in the bank. An observation I've made is that every
time Bush has given a major speech on either the economy or
on world affairs, the market has dramatically fallen directly
afterwards. Like the Jay Leno joke goes (somewhat like this):
the markets go up during times Bush takes vacations. What's
needed to make them go up then is to have Bush take more
vacations.

Peter.
