Looks to me that, although the present cycle may be near the top, the long term trend is certainly upwards.

May be the pause that refreshes. Am actually waiting to refinance my house as I think that we have a way to fall yet. Still no signs of inflation, but do not think it will be far off in the scheme of things. That is if house prices do not collapse first. Could occur when the dollar loses its sea legs.
