Siebel staff: We'll take cash

Siebel Systems' employees have spoken: They'll gladly give up stock options for cold, hard cash. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday, the software maker said that roughly 3,400 employees swapped their eligible "underwater" stock options for $1.85 in cash or stock. A stock option is underwater when the strike price is higher than the current value of the stock.

how about if the stock goes to 4.01 and never sees 3s??

Than I made a bad call!
Regardless, nothing has changed yet besides a technical over sold bounce.
As I mentioned earlier I did cover some of my position last week.

I'll take $7/8 bucks as a selling opportunity.
If it gets beyond that I'll reassess the position.
