Hi Mq - quoting from the mail you're answering to

>>If you see the CNBC sunday schools, boring on some verse in Isaiah, well, there's a danger of prophets taking over, telling everybody, what's behind it, how to interpret, what to make out of it. But we're all free people - until the moment we're not free anymore. So, we're talking freedom aka our own existence<<

IOW, we both talk apples on this issue and you got your point across the first time already. What you did not get, however, is MY oranges point: there's more to the religious experience than screwing up some poor sheep the Elmer-Gantry way.

<The point about religious masters is that you specifically do NOT have the ability to have the same insight. >

Again, this is NOT true... the BASIS for some religions is YOU CAN'T simply do what they say. The LARGEST RELIGION IN THE WORLD is such.

I can see why you are abruptly ending the discussion... you are having you neat little paradigm shattered.

As you have pointed out...when you don't test against truth, this is where the 'ranting' starts. You are ranting up a storm about something that you clearly have no clue. Your basic tenant above is easily proven false.
