I agree. Management sometimes acts as if it wants unions to strike.

Government employees such as myself are not entitled to strike. Management spends a ton of money on stress management training and other such for employees, but they persist in behavior that creates undue stress on the employees. It would be a simple matter to refrain from that behavior and forego the expense of the stress training.
