The human race is so disappointing it's hard to understand how it makes so many extraordinary achievements. I don't understand it. Message #305039 from Killer Clown From Outer-Space at Oct 6, 2002 1:04 PM " but they persist in behavior that creates undue stress on the employees. " I've seen it too many times. The concept here is that if the employees are happy, there must be something wrong and the manager is not doing his/her job. They are encouraged to maintain an us vs. them relationship and an elitist stance towards subordinates. The ones who are often most guilty are those who are the least competent. Same on the union side. The least competent troublemakers are the strongest union members. And so it goes......
