Oh Highness,

What is His consideration of the prostituting jabberwoks suggesting an upturn in networking, ala BRCM?

Any comments on the significant increases in inventory?

:52am 10/07/02 Cisco hits 4-yr. low; analysts cut ests. but like stock (CSCO) By Tomi Kilgore
Shares of Cisco Systems (CSCO) are down 17 cents, or 1.8 percent to $9.29 and have hit a fresh four-year low of $9.16 in intraday trading. The stock has now lost 15 percent since the Oct. 1 close. Analysts from both Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs lowered estimates for the networking giant citing increased recent weakness in the outlook for information technology spending. Meanwhile, Deutsche Bank's Raj Srikanth cut the stock's price target to $17 from $19, but reiterated the "buy" rating due to Cisco's financial strenght and market dominance. Goldman's Natarajan Subrahmanyan maintained the stock's "market outperformer" rating, saying that while the upside was likely limited due to a lack of catalysts, the stock's relative and intrinsic valuation makes it "attractive." SoundView Technology's Arnie Berman acknowledged that current demand commentary from Cisco and its channel partners is "discouraging," but said current valuations make the stock look "extremely compelling."
