I've got another one for you - I'm looking at a 12 year p&f chart of the BPNYSE. One thing that has struck me is that it hasn't been dropping under the 25 level in this entire bear market when in 1998, it hit 18. Take a look - it is closing in on that 25 level again, for the 3rd time.
