I'm thinking wireless will carry us out of this tech slump

I saw an advertisement today for unlimited California Calling (Maybe it was SF Bay Area Metro??) anytime on a cell phone for $35 a month. I think they call it a "Metro Phone".

With that, I'd consider getting rid of my second phone and getting my first wireless phone. When you start getting these for everyone in your house (if you have a family) ... you know there will be tons of phones and routers sold... Now make it a picture phone and charge more to send pictures... make it cheap like a penny to send a photo but enough to get extra bandwidth that might have a lower priority...

The bottom will come and we will know it hit a couple of years later.
